1. Platform Agreement
By activating a starting period or subscribing to Landify, you agree to form a binding legal contract. These Terms govern your use of the Landify platform, builder, AI engine, and hosting infrastructure.
2. Account Security
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Landify account. You must employ strong security protocols and immediately notify us of any breaches.
3. Usage & Intellectual Property
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Landify builder. However, you must not:
- Clone, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying Landify platform.
- Utilize our infrastructure to host illegal or deceptive products.
- Bypass our subscription verification systems.
The intellectual property generated by you remains yours. The proprietary engine remains ours.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
New users are granted access via a $1 validation transaction. Failure to cancel prior to the end of the starting period results in automatic enrollment into your selected tier.
5. Disclaimer of Outcomes
While Landify provides high-converting infrastructure, we do not guarantee specific sales or financial outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Landify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
7. Evolution of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as our platform evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
