By activating a trial or subscribing to Landify, you agree to form a binding legal contract with us. These Terms govern your use of the Landify platform, builder, hosting infrastructure, and all associated services. If you do not agree with this elite framework, you may not access the platform.
2. Account Security
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your Landify account. You must employ strong security protocols and immediately notify us of any breaches. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your credentials.
3. Usage & Intellectual Property
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Landify builder to construct and host commercial landing pages. However, you must not:
- Clone, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying Landify platform or our premium templates.
- Utilize our infrastructure to host illegal, deceptive, or highly regulated "black-hat" products without authorization.
- Bypass our subscription verification systems or attempt to exploit trial mechanisms.
The intellectual property generated by you (your store's copy, images, and brand) remains yours. The proprietary engine powering it remains ours.
4. The $1 Trial & Subscription Mechanics
New users are granted access via a mandatory $1 validation transaction, which unlocks a 14-day comprehensive trial. Failure to cancel prior to day 14 will result in automatic enrollment into your selected tier (Solopreneur, Starter, Entrepreneur, or Premium). You may cancel effortlessly via your Dashboard at any time.
5. Disclaimer of Outcomes
While Landify provides high-converting infrastructure, we do not guarantee sales, traffic, or specific financial outcomes. Your success is dependent on your product-market fit, ad creatives, and market conditions. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the platform—even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Evolution of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as our platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via your dashboard or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance.
